Would not recommend did bad an unprofessional job on my solar refused to rectification yes u did the final on my solar panels after Victoria company installed u made it cyclone standard but used inferior screws which rusted in just a few weeks its was quiet a while ago I did ask u to rectify u blamed true value solaras a professional u knowingly installed the wrong screws $50 worth of screws and this wood never hav been a problem u did admit  to me that they were wrong U should hav used correct screws

Original Review:

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Soaps Electrics. Very poorly 'serviced and cleaned' air-con units. It was not obvious that the units had been cleaned. They certainly didn't smell clean!! ???? Dead bugs, debris, dust were still present after the 'clean' (within a couple of months mould was growing on our main unit). The unit just over 1 year old. I phoned Soaps, voicing my concerns. While I appreciate the friendly phone manner. The response I received was along the lines of: it's normal to notice dirt and debris following the clean of a dirty unit. However, I've since been told by a qualified technician that this is simply not the case. He found A LOT of dirt and debris in our unit, the pipes were filled. Our air-con is now beautifully clean and sanitised. ❄️❄️???????? I feel very disappointed at the waste of $240 I spent intially with Soaps.

Lastly, I'm not impressed by the short notice Soaps Electrics give before showing up to a job! An hours notice (with the last contact being 3 weeks prior!!). Even after requesting more notice, my wishes have not been respected. ????
